Teams
Run your team where you run your lessons
Most coaches who give private lessons also run a team — and end up with the team in one app, lessons in another, and parents lost between them. CoachConnect Teams puts rosters, registration, events, and team chat on the same athlete records as your private coaching, so every player has one development story.
Rosters & registration
Create a team, share its public registration page, and the roster fills itself — add athletes from your existing roster or invite by email.
Fees collected by Stripe
Set a registration fee and it's collected at signup through Stripe Checkout. Need to comp a player? Waive the fee per member.
Events & RSVP
Practices, games, and team events with RSVPs and email reminders — athletes and parents see the schedule in their own app, alongside lessons.
Team chat & announcements
One channel for the team. Announcements go out with push notifications and email, so 'I didn't see the group text' stops being a thing.
Parents in the loop
Guardian accounts with multi-child switching: parents follow each kid's schedule, RSVPs, training, and progress from one login.
Development included
Team players are full athletes on your roster — assign programs, upload swing data, track adherence, and run leaderboards for the whole squad.
The difference from team-only apps
Team apps handle logistics — schedules, rosters, messages — and stop there. On CoachConnect, the roster is made of real athlete records: the shortstop you also see for Tuesday hitting lessons has her team schedule, her program, her Blast and HitTrax numbers, and her adherence in one place. That's what you're actually selling as a coach: development over time, not just a calendar.
Questions, answered
Which plan includes Teams?
Teams is included on the Growth plan ($129/mo, up to 100 athletes). Everything else — programs, performance data, leaderboards, booking, and payments — is on every plan.
I already coach private lessons on CoachConnect. What changes?
Your team lives on the same athlete records as your lessons. A player you coach privately and on the team has one profile: one training history, one progress view, one place their parents check.
How do parents interact with the team?
Parents get guardian accounts. They can RSVP for their kids, see the team schedule and announcements, and follow each child's training and progress — with a switcher if they have multiple kids on your teams.
Can I collect registration fees?
Yes. Set a fee on the team and it's collected through Stripe Checkout on your public registration page, straight to your connected Stripe account. Fee waivers are built in for players you want to comp.
