Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using CoachConnect, you agree to these Terms.

Use of service

• You are responsible for your account and compliance with laws.
• No unlawful, harmful, or abusive use.

Content you share

CoachConnect lets you create an image and caption from your own results and post them to services we do not control. You are responsible for what you post and for having the right to post it. If the athlete is a minor, that decision belongs to their parent or guardian. Once posted, the content is governed by that platform's terms, and we cannot remove or retract it.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

Limitation of liability

CoachConnect is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
