How it works
Upload the export
Drop in the CSV from your session. Blast, HitTrax, Rapsodo, and FullSwing files are auto-detected — no template picking.
Swings get matched
Blast bat-sensor swings are automatically matched to ball-flight contact events, so bat speed and exit velo describe the same swing.
Session Score
Each session is scored 0–100 across contact quality, swing mechanics, and consistency — with auto-generated insights.
Trends over time
Progress charts per athlete, top swings, and metric leaderboards. Athletes see it in their own Progress tab.

Bat sensorUpload your Blast swing exports and CoachConnect reads bat speed, attack angle, rotational acceleration, and on-plane percentage — then automatically matches swings to ball-flight contact events from HitTrax or other launch monitors.

CSV formats change occasionally; uploads include a column-mapping step for anything the auto-detection doesn't recognize.

Why this beats a folder of CSVs
A number without a timeline is trivia. When every session lands on the athlete's record — next to their training program, adherence, and lesson history — you can show a player (and their parents) exactly what changed since March, and what the plan is for next month. That's the difference between selling lessons and selling development.
Questions, answered
Do I need special hardware or an API subscription?
No. CoachConnect works with the exports you already have — CSV files from Blast, HitTrax, Rapsodo, FullSwing, and TrackMan. Upload the file and the source is detected automatically. There's nothing to install and no extra subscription for the device vendors' APIs.
Is this a live sync with my devices?
It's export-based, not a live device connection: you upload the CSV your tool produces (or forward FullSwing report emails), and CoachConnect parses it, assigns it to the athlete, and updates their trends. That keeps it working with the equipment and software versions you already own.
What is the Session Score?
Every uploaded session gets a 0–100 score built from contact quality, swing mechanics, and consistency, plus automatically generated insights — so an athlete (and their parents) can understand a session at a glance instead of scrolling raw numbers.
Which plan includes performance data?
All of them. Performance uploads, Session Scores, trend charts, and leaderboards are included on every CoachConnect plan, including the free Starter plan — plans differ by roster size, not by features (Teams is the one Growth-plan addition).
