Before: Venmo, Google Calendar, and a phone that never stopped

“I used Venmo for all payments and my own Google Calendar to track dates and times,” Scott says. “I had to manually enter all of that information from text messages I received.”

The worst part wasn't any single step — it was the pile-up. “Tracking and chasing payments, but also my phone was being blown up constantly.” Between the booking texts, the payment follow-ups, and the calendar entry, admin was eating double-digit hours out of his week.

Why he switched
